Alison Cook visits the new El Bolillo bakery on Wayside and discovers jalapeno/cream cheese filled bolillos. While she wonders whether the bakery may offer these kolache cousins with meat fillings, she's pretty enthusiastic about this current offering, describing them as "crackly of crust and slashed dramatically to allow the green jalapeño cartwheels and soft cheese to peek through."
