Arturo’s Uptown Italiano owner Bill Sadler states that the lawsuit filed against him by former chef Arturo Boada has been settled. Boada filed the lawsuit in March of 2011 to prevent Sadler from continuing to use the word Arturo as part of the restaurant's name. In a press release, Sadler states the settlement amount matched what he would have paid Boada anyway for his stake in the restaurant and the real estate. [29-95]
