Dominic Laurenzo, owner of El Tiempo Cantina, revealed today that he will be open El Tiempo's fifth location in Houston's second ward, next to the Original Ninfa's on Navigation made famous by his mother Ninfa Laurenzo. When the restaurant is complete in nine to 12 months, it will seat approximately 200. [Houston Business Journal]
