For the last week, food truck H-Town StrEATs transformed into a mystery taco machine and wrapped itself in a shiny new package full of Dos Equis promotional materials for a Cinco de Mayo giveaway. Cinco de Mayo is gone, the wrap has come off and the full glory of what some call an "ugly" truck, lovingly nicknamed "the Dingo" by its owners, has been restored. [Twitter]
