Triniti took the idea of a pairing dinner to the extreme last night. Instead of the normal pairing stuff like wine (although that was also in the mix), beer or liquor, there was a live concert, or as those that actually know things about classical music would call it, a concerto.
The 15 musicians of Mercury Orchestra (formerly known as Mercury Baroque) performed while chef Ryan Hildebrand and his team paired and choreographed 8-courses to serve alongside the concert.
