Food truck operators the Eatsie Boys have released some details on their 8th Wonder Brewery project, a collaboration with UH professor and brewmaster Aaron Corsi. Once the construction is finished, their plan for the space includes block parties with other food trucks and tailgating events before Dynamo and Astros games. [Eating Our Words]
