HEIGHTS— Here's the menu for the June 25 beer dinner at Liberty Kitchen featuring beers from local brewer Karbach. The menu begins with Salmon Carpaccio, continues with a Neiman ranch pork belly slider, then a pan seared scallop, and concludes with a garlic chili prawn. The meal will be served family style.
