Amanda McGraw Now Executive Chef at Brasserie 19

Hearty congratulations to Amanda McGraw. The long time sous-chef at popular, fashionable, River Oaks restaurant Brasserie 19 announced on twitter yesterday that she's been promoted to executive chef. McGraw's appointment should bring to an end the string of chefs who have attempted to fill the role, dating back to its opening last year. As McGraw tells Eater, "I've been running the kitchen since day one. Now I have the official title."
