Classic Fried Chicken at Barbecue Inn

Former Eater Houston editor Amber Ambrose took viewers of the Fox 26 Friday night newscast along with her on a visit to Houston classic Barbecue Inn. Despite the name, one should not consume barbecue at Barbecue Inn. They sell barbecue there, of course, but the restaurant's reputation stems from its nearly perfect fried chicken.
