Spencer's for Steaks and Chops, the restaurant located in the Hilton Americas hotel downtown, announced that they will build a sidewalk seating area and outdoor lounge area along Crawford street. To accommodate the change, Crawford will be narrowed to two lanes and the sidewalk will be widened 25 feet. [Swamplot]
