In a move that's been expected since the property was sold at the end of last year, Fiesta Mart announced that they will close their store at the corner of Dunlavy and West Alabama on July 15. Replacing the beloved, if somewhat scruffy, grocery will be a six to eight story apartment complex. [Swamplot]
