New Menus at Skewers and Mezzanotte; Heritage Beans Dinner at Revival

CYPRESS— Alberto Baffoni, the new chef at Mezzanotte, has introduced his latest specials for June 8 - 22. Offerings include: homemade tagliarini tossed with beef tenderloin, mushrooms and shallots; oven roasted Corvina fillet; and limoncello and mascarpone cake. [Eaterwire]

HEIGHTS— Revival Market will hold a special dinner on June 17 featuring heirloom beans from Rancho Gordo New World Specialty Food. Steve Sando, Rancho Gordo's owner, will also be on hand for the dinner, which will be served family style. Wine pairings are included in the $65 cost. GREENWAY PLAZA— Skewers Mediterranean Cafe and Grill has named Jovi Beiz executive chef and operations manager. Beiz was born in Lebanon and trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris. After graduation he worked for Wolfgang Puck at the MGM Grand casinos in Detroit and Las Vegas. Beiz will offer a Chef Table's by reservation where he will cook for diners. [Eaterwire]
