According to an article in The Statesman, the scientists must develop a menu for 6-8 astronauts, who will be "abroad" for a total of 30 months. Although the mission will go down around the 2030s, scientists are still hard at work to plan a perfect menu, which includes attempting to provide things like turkey and mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving.
