Chefs Praise Chinatown

Among the recommendations, Underbelly's Chris Shepherd praised HK Dim Sum and Oxheart's Justin Yu endorsed Pho Binh by Night. In addition to being some good news about Houston in the national press, the article provides a good introduction to restaurants along Bellaire for anyone who's still intimidated by the prospect of picking a couple to try.
