Sports talk radio host Matt Jackson tweeted yesterday that he's heard California-based fast food chain In-N-Out Burger plans to open a location in Sugar Land near the home of minor league baseball team the Skeeters. Although it's hard to know whether Jackson is a reliable source for restaurant news, In-N-Out has done very well in Dallas, and fans of the chain have been hoping for a Houston location for some time.
