It's always nice when Houston's restaurants get a little national attention, especially of the TV variety. Yesterday, ABC's The Chew aired the segment it filmed at Molina's Cantina back in June. Reporter Evette Rios talks to Ricardo and Raul Molina about the restaurant. Rios then learns how to make one of Eater's 20 Iconic Houston dishes: the Enchiladas de Tejas. As Ricardo tells Rios about Molina's Tex-Mex, "We can't claim that we invented it, but we think we perfected it."
