Uchi Raffle; Brewmasters Festival in Galveston; James Beard Benefit

MONTROSE— Japanese restaurant Uchi, which recently received four stars from Chronicle critic Alison Cook, is hosting a raffle to benefit the Alzheimer's Association of Houston and Southeast Texas. Each $20 ticket buys a chance to win a chef's tasting with wine pairings for 12 people, valued at $1200.
