Although it's hard to imagine fighting the traffic and parking hassles of the Galleria just for gelato, Cafe Dolce Gelato, located near Nordstrom's, might be worth the trouble. About the pistachio: "It was exactly as it sounded: pure pistachios, only in frozen form, their essence enhanced by a smattering of sweet and creamy. Eye rollingly good." [Side Dish]
