Bon Appetit's Andrew Knowlton has named his 50 Best New Restaurants for 2012, and three Houston restaurants made the list. They are: Oxheart, Uchi and Underbelly. On August 14, Knowlton will name his top 10 and reveal his pick for the best new restaurant in America. [Bon Appetit]
