Paul Petronella, owner of casual, Italian restaurant Paulie's, uses a visit to the friends and family service of Provisions, the more casual half of The Pass and Provisions, as the opportunity to assess the current state of Houston's restaurant scene. Unlike the world he observed growing up with his parents, Petronella finds that currently in Houston "we are going out of our way to help our community succeed.
