A Look Inside Adair Kitchen Near the Galleria

Last week, Adair Kitchen began its soft opening service ahead of its grand opening on Monday September 24. Siblings Nick Adair and Katie Adair Barnhart opened the restaurant, and their family also owns Skeeter's Hamburgers and Los Tios Mexican Restaurants. Currently open for breakfast and lunch before adding dinner service soon, the restaurant serves classic American comfort fare such as burgers, salads and sandwiches.
