Last night, Mercury: The Orchestra Redefined held a fundraiser at progressive restaurant Triniti. Each of chef Ryan Hildebrand's eight courses was paired with a musical selection performed live in the dining room. Diners paid $220 plus tax and gratuity to attend the dinner.
