French restaurant Philippe has revamped their downstairs bar and lounge, including renaming it the icehouse-sounding (minus the wine), "Phil's Wine Lounge." Less swanky sounding names aside, other changes include 80 wines by the glass on the menu, a pared down food selection with a focus on charcuterie, cheeses and pizzas and wine courses at the community table every Monday.
