BRC to BAC

Details are starting to emerge about Shepard Ross' Brooklyn Athletic Club, which is replacing Zimm's Little Deck on Richmond. Jeff Axline is returning from Austin to run the kitchen; he worked with Ross at both Glass Wall and BRC Gastropub. The restaurant will serve both casual grill items like burgers and hot dogs and more formal, sit-down food such as daily steak and seafood specials. [29-95]
