Looking for Stories of Texas Sized Spending

Are you a sommelier who keeps a few bottles on her list for people that like to flaunt their wealth? Are you a server who maintains a roster of clients that consistently tip you $100 or more? Do you have a customer who believes that the motto "Everything is bigger in Texas" applies to a bill? If the answer is yes, Eater Houston wants to hear from you.

We're looking for stories about crazy expense account meals where a year's allocation of the latest cult cab is consumed like so much Opus One or about ladies who lunch on caviar and fancy bubbles. If you work in the industry and have an amusing tale to tell about big-shot customers, Eater would love to hear about it. These can be accounts of meals at current hot spots or anecdotes about places that no longer exist. Anonymity is guaranteed.

If you've got a good story to tell, send it to our tipline with the subject line "Service Story."
