In this week's Whine & Dine, readers reveal that they anticipate they'll have a good restaurant experience when they're greeted promptly and a bad one when they're left to sit for too long. Strangely, none of the responses had anything to do with the food like "the restaurant smells wonderful" or "I want to try every dish on the menu." Just shows how much service matters, at least to the people who answered the question. [29-95]
