Finally! This Friday marks the return of the 79-cent pork chop day at Perry's Steakhouse & Grille. The massive chops are dried, cured and roasted and will be priced at 79 cents on October 18 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. to the first 100 customers. It's a celebration of Perry's first opening as a meat market in 1979. This promotion always draws a big crowd, so you'll want to get there much earlier than that to beat the inevitable line that always forms for this event. Especially because no reservations will be allowed before 11:30 a.m. on that day. [Eaterwire]
