MG-Retail_Westavegables2.jpgThe Houston Chronicle's Greg Morago updates us on the construction at the old Katsuya space. Nara will be a Korean-inspired restaurant helmed by Uptown Sushi and Bluefin owner Donald Chang. According to Morago, the space will offer "four different dining areas, each with its own menus: There's the central sushi and steamed bun bar that will offer 12 different filled buns, 16 different sushi preparations and robata grill selections." Morago writes: "During a recent visit to Nara's kitchen, chef Chang explained his menu, which will be his first attempt to integrate his Japanese know-how with his Korean soul." [Houston Chronicle]
