Eater Austin has hamburger lovers in that town pretty excited about the news that NYC's Shake Shack will be opening its first Texas location on South Lamar Boulevard at the end of next year. This hamburger restaurant chain has even been known to make Ferran Adrià stand in line for a Shackburger. What does that mean for Houston, and why should we care?
