Vintage Park adds another retailer to its roster of impressive shops with Allô French Rotisserie's opening today (October 21). Eric Goldner, the former manager of Woodlands' Hubbell & Hudson Bistro, is at the helm of this new project. It's situated just a stone's throw from South African spot Peli Peli and Alamo Drafthouse.

In the past, Goldner told Eater that he planned to "stay away from the typical 'white-linen' approach typically associated with French restaurants." Already on the menu are herb-crusted sirloin, roasted short ribs, porcini-rubbed brisket, herb pesto lamb and orange hoison glazed duck. Allô will be open Monday through Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. They'll be pouring draft wine at this new casual, family-friendly French place.
