Yesterday we told you about recently opened Liberty Kitchen & Oysterette, and the plans the owners have for the future. Upon announcing this new high-end version of sister establishment Liberty Kitchen, a rep for the restaurant revealed that they've signed a lease for an Austin location of popular Liberty Kitchen and are moving forward with two new concepts in the Houston Area: Cowboy Surfers and Lee's Fried Chicken & Doughnuts.
