A rep for Lasco Enterprises, the company behind Max's Wine Dive, tells Eater that they are still on track to open in January. Images show that build-out picked up again on Fairview, next door to Cuchara. The new space is about 2,400 square feet and will seat about 110 guests inside with additional seating on the patio. Earlier this month, the company announced that they would be expanding to Atlanta (77 12th Street NE), Chicago (1482 N. Milwaukee Avenue) and Denver (200 E. 7th Avenue). in the coming years. It will be their first move out of Texas.
