The Houston Chronicle's Alison Cook shares a well-kept secret from one of Houston's newest restaurants Osteria Mazzantini: Their generously-sized happy hour pizzas are only five dollars between 5 and 7 p.m. After ordering a glass of wine from the somm's list, cook writes: "At $11 bucks, the glass of wine brought my happy hour tab up to $16, which is not bad for what I'd call one of the finest suppers I've had lately."
