Tiger Den Will be Closed Until November 12

Although Chinatown's Tiger Den just debuted to the public last week, the restaurant is already taking a brief hiatus. They announced on their Instagram account yesterday that they will be closing their doors until November 12: "Thank you for your love and support in the past week for our soft opening. We will be closing for a few weeks to bring you an even better Tiger Den. Our grand opening date is 11.12.13 - 5PM. We look forward to seeing you!" They didn't explain why they made this decision, although the day after the soft opening they had to open late to restock and recover from that busy service. Some reviews in their first week of business have been mixed, so it's possible they're taking a little time to fix some issues before their grand opening.
