Greek Fest is Upon Us; A Controversial Burger

MONTROSE— The Greek Festival starts today and runs through October 6 at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral on Yoakum next to the University of Saint Thomas. BURGER WIRE— It'd be curious to see how this would go over at a Houston-area burger joint: Eater National reports that Chicago's Kuma's Corner is serving up a burger "drizzled with a red wine reduction (to represent 'the blood of Christ') and garnished with an (unconsecrated) communion wafer."
