The Houston Chronicle's Greg Morago talks to Trenza's Susie Jimenez about her upcoming opening. When she spoke to Eater she was still unsure about the opening date, but now she's settled on Novemer 1. As far as the name goes, Morago says that it "fits Trenza's Latin fusion concept where Jimenez plans to braid Mexican flavors and foodstuffs with other ethnic cuisines such as Asian and Italian."
