Kenneally's Irish Pub Founder Passed Away

This past weekend the founder of 30-year-old establishment Kenneally's Irish Pub passed away in his home. John Cotter Flowers opened this popular pub in 1983 and became well known for their crispy-thin pizzas and laid-back atmosphere. An obituary for Flowers says that he "introduced great Chicago pizza and Irish music to Houston." This pub was certainly one of the must-visit places for anyone's St. Patrick's day celebrations. The pub will likely live on through current employees and his family. He was able to enjoy the celebration of his pub's anniversary.
