Opening Report

After closing for a few weeks to fix some opening week problems, Chinatown's Tiger Den is up and running once again tonight. The Houston Chronicle's Greg Morago writes: "While Tiger Den isn't strictly a ramen shop, it was the promise of top shelf ramen – broths that take 36 hours to prepare; house-made noodles – that got foodies in a tizzy. Tiger Den's opening comes at a time when Houston is abuzz with ramen lust." [Houston Chronicle]
