BurgerFi Will Open in Sugar Land This Weekend

A new burger spot is opening in Sugar Land this Saturday, November 23 and it's bringing its quinoa burgers with it. BurgerFi will be a part of the new expansion at First Colony Mall. This Florida-based chain is known for being environmentally conscious with chairs made from recycled Coke bottles, furniture from recycled wood and convenient recycling. A quick peek at the menu shows a Brisket Burger with Swiss cheese and the patented BurgerFi sauce plus the Breakfast All Day Burger with syrup-drizzled bacon, hash browns, fried egg and ketchup. For a taste now, head to The Woodlands location that opened in July. The Sugar Land grand opening celebration will feature face painters and balloon artists for children from 1 to 5 p.m. and a ribbon cutting reception from 5 to 9 p.m. In a city that's practically bursting at the seams with great burger options, a new location from a chain will likely be met with skepticism.
