The Houston Chronicle's Syd Kearney lists some of the recipes that restaurants will use to compete in tomorrow's Falliday throwdown. On the menu? Lowbrow's Pecan Smoked Turkey Legs with Cheddar Biscuit Bread Pudding, Bar Boheme's Thanksgiving Banh Mi made with tumeric butter, fried turkey, cranberry sauce and marinated beets and Triniti's Buttermilk Pie Ice Cream and Holiday Pie Milkshake.
