CityCentre's Capital Grille Will Open on November 14

New, 1 comment

With both Flora & Muse's recent shutter and the upcoming opening of Seasons 52 in CityCentre, it seems that the Town & Country complex is definitely geared toward an audience with a taste for classic Americana. Following in that trend of polished, upscale establishments is the coming of the second Houston-area The Capital Grille, which is set to open on November 14. While the sophisticated restaurant is known for its high-end offerings including dry-aged steaks, it will also offer some good lunch deals and affordably-priced bottles of wine, selected by Master Sommelier George Miliotes—who also wrote Seasons 52's wine list. The lunch special will be $18 and will include an entrée, salad and soup.

The restaurant will seat 274 guests with chef and partner Todd Williamson crafting the menu. The restaurant will offer its lunch special Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner Monday through Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m.; Friday through Saturday dinner will be served from 5 to 11 p.m. and Sunday the hours will be from 4 to 9 p.m.
