Vallone's is Now Open to the Public

There has been an onslaught of recent openings in town over the last few weeks (and many more to come), and among the most exciting of those already serving customers is Vallone's. This past weekend, the new restaurant helmed by Tony's chef Grant Gordon and general manager Scott Sulma officially opened its doors to the public. This is not your average steakhouse: expect more than mashed potatoes and broccoli to accompany your 55-day dry-aged steak. Apart from premium grade meat, they serve house-made pasta and a Ferris wheel of cuts; it's the most interesting meat cart most of us have seen in a restaurant. Seafood and creative appetizers round out the menu created by the young and talented chef that helped make Tony's the institution that it is today.
