Chef Randy Evans of Haven Restaurant shared some of his seasonally minded cooking with the lucky guests at the latest stop for Knob Creek's Big Flavor Dinner Series. The menu, which included both a seared pork belly and a smoked spiced rubbed pork chop entrée, was matched with a list of innovative cocktails like the Basil Smash—a mix of Knob Creek® Kentucky Straight Bourbon, rosemary syrup, fresh basil and lemon. Knob Creek® North American Bourbon Ambassador Adam Harris was also on hand to share fun facts and whiskey history, while chef Evans led a no-holds-barred carving demonstration.
