Star athlete Brian Ching is bartending at Dogwood for a special charity event on December 11. Houstonia's Katharine Shilcutt has more details: "In 2012, Ching's foundation—The House That Ching Built—raised $75,000 to help Habitat for Humanity build a home for Teresa Urbano, a single mother raising two kids and living at her parents' home to save money.
