Eater National's Paula Forbes talks to Robb Walsh about his new role as the food editor and critic at Houstonia magazine, anonymity, his two upcoming books and much more. Walsh says that the biggest change from when he was anonymous to now: "I didn't meet or talk to people from the restaurant business before, I couldn't.
