Without speculating as to why each man has chosen to leave, Press critic Katharine Shilcutt notes that all four of the opening bartenders at The Pass & Provisions, Aaron Lara, Alexander Gregg, Zach Adams and Sebastian Nahapetian have all moved on from a restaurant that only opened in September. While the front of the house remains capably managed by Gatekeeper Isaac Johnson and beverage director Fred Jones, some of the more adventurous cocktails are off the menu until Provisions reloads with new talent.
