Beer nerds across the city lined up this morning to get their hands on Divine Reserve 13, the latest in Saint Arnold's limited production series. In his tasting notes, beer blogger Joshua Justice likes the beer overall, but thinks that it should be aged to reduce the "sharp, slight punch of hop flavor that comes on early and detracts slightly from the fruit and malt as you continue to drink." He concludes that DR13 "has the strong potential to be remembered as a highlight in the Divine Reserve series." [Beer, TX/Eating Our Words]
