Dunkin' Donuts Coming Inside the Loop

It didn't take long for a new tenant to claim the recently shuttered Arby's at Shepherd and Fairview. As Swamplot reported yesterday, there's a sign on the building telling passers-by that doughnut empire Dunkin' Donuts will soon occupy the space. It's part of the company's efforts to open 24 new stores here by 2020. No word on a timeline, but a peek through the windows showed that most of the Arby's artifacts are already gone.
