The Miso Yummy food truck serves sushi rolls (containing cooked ingredients), ramen and Japanese appetizers. Unfortunately for ramen purists, the truck's soup includes kimchi with the noodles, but turning a cusine on its ear and making it delicious is pretty much what Houston food is all about.
