Landry's, Inc has sued former Vic & Anthony's general manager Tim Kohler, Landmark Houston Hospitality Group LLC and Mr. Peeples Seafood & Steaks for breach of contract. Landry's alleges that Kohler violated nondisclosure and noncompetition agreements by contacting a V&A sales manager. It seems like the oft-delayed restaurant may finally be getting ready to open, but this distraction probably won't help. [Houston Business Journal]
